Hi, I'm Tracey
A registered nutritional therapist — and, like you, a parent first.
My Story
When my twin boys were diagnosed with autism — over a video call — we were told the team didn't know enough about autism, that it was lifelong, and that the boys would never lose the diagnosis. Then came a pile of leaflets, a referral to a clinic that wasn't designed for autistic children, and a great deal of silence. No nutritional guidance. No roadmap. Nothing about the research that was out there.
I remember sitting there thinking: surely this can't be everything.
I refused to accept that it was. Over the next few years — alongside studying for a first-class honours degree in nutritional therapy — I immersed myself in the research on nutrition, the gut, sleep and the nervous system. I've watched my own boys grow and develop in ways I didn't dare hope for in those early, exhausting days.
I want to be honest with you about something, because it matters: every child is different, and I can't promise your family's journey will look like ours. There are no magic fixes, and I'd never pretend otherwise. What I can offer is knowledge, research translated into plain English, and the steady support I wish someone had handed me on diagnosis day.
And let me be clear about one thing: there is nothing wrong with your child. A neurodivergent brain isn't broken — it's different. My work isn't about fixing or curing anyone. It's about gently supporting wellbeing — things like digestion, sleep, energy and a calmer nervous system — so the wonderful child who is already there can feel their best.
And a word about you
There's something most people overlook: you. So much of this falls on parents — usually mum — and a burnt-out parent simply can't keep everything going, however much they want to.
When a parent feels supported and has a little more energy, the whole family feels it. That's why, in my one-to-one work, I support the whole family — not just the child. Looking after you isn't a luxury. It's part of the picture.
Working safely, alongside your medical team
As a registered nutritional therapist, I work alongside your medical care — never instead of it. I don't diagnose, and if I ever spotted a 'red flag' or had any concern, I'd point you straight to your GP or the right specialist.
Nutritional therapy is a complementary approach that sits alongside the support you're already receiving — it doesn't replace it.
How I Work
Compassionate Care
No judgement, ever. Just understanding and patience, from someone who truly gets it.
Evidence-Based
The latest research, translated into plain English and turned into practical, real-world steps.
Neurodivergent-Affirming
Your child isn't broken. We celebrate neurodiversity and work with your family, not against it.
